How It Works

Complete the Market Ready application from your computer, tablet, or mobile device.
2. Access Your Funds
Once your application is accepted, you'll receive access to funds that can be used for eligible home preparation expenses. Funds are available for up to six months.
3. Repayment
Repayment information is provided to you, your real estate agent, and the title or escrow company. Funds used are typically repaid from the proceeds at closing. If the home does not sell, the loan is due after 12 months.
